Backdraft Bar & Grill

On the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall bar. When you come in and are greeted by very nice hosts. I sat at the bar and made friends with the locals and the bartender. They have a small selection on draft but a good variety. The locals will tell you the story behind the venue, which is better by mouth than reading it! The bartender raved about the owners being extremely nice people! The food was amazing. They made a simple sandwich gourmet! I am not from California, and I did not expect to be greeted with such hospitality! The staff, the customers, and the food make this restaurant seem very big in a small place! Update it's still great!

I picked up a to go order tonight and omg, it was SO. GOOD. I’m kicking myself for not trying it sooner as it’s so close to me. I got the Priority 4 salad with crispy chicken and fries and I honestly don’t think I’ve had a better salad. Everything was so fresh and the chicken was delicious. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and it was a great atmosphere inside! I never write reviews but feel like people need to know how good this place is! If you’re in the area and haven’t tried it you’re missing out!

We took our family here for a bday dinner. They took the reservation a few days in advance since we had a large table, and when we arrived we were sat almost immediately. Although it is a small place, it made a big impression on us. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the salad (so big and it was soooo good!), everyone else had pizzas and one had a burger, all pictured. The service had us never wanting for a thing. We all left there smiling and laughing with full full bellies. Don’t pass this one by!

Such amazing food. I have had the avo eggs before and they were amazing. The pizza is super delicious and so are the burgers. My kids are very picky eaters and they also really liked the pizzas (which is all they have tried so far). This is a small, local restaurant that supports locals but since it is still relatively new, it is always crowded and usually full...but if you do have to wait, it is still worth it. I will be back, for sure. This restaurant is dedicated to Stormy, my friend Kenna's dad, who was a firefighter in this area for decades, and who passed a few years ago.

In the corner of a semi-rural strip mall. You would never find it without searching for good food and new places. Can't help but laugh that a fire-themed bar is next door to a smoke shop .Outside it looks tiny but it spreads out inside and there's a huge outdoor shaded patio.Really interesting burger selection but there's pasta, fish and pizza as wells as appys on the other menus.Good burger (Up In Smoke) but be careful about your doneness. My medium rare was very rare. I ain't skerred but another minute on the hot part of the flat top would have been better. 5150 sauce has a little kick but too sweet for my liking.Really fun potatoes. Curled but flat and lightly coated, not over salted

Had to organize a last minute event and Backdraft bar &Grill was very accommodating. They catered all the food. Candied bacon apps. Pizza, sliders, fries, candied brussel sprouts and off the hook Mac and cheese. The staff was excellent, food was amazing. We had about 70 ppl and were able to use the outside patio that had wonderful atmosphere and shaded area so not too hot. Thank you Backdraft for such an amazing event that will be remembered for years to come.

Highly recommend trying this new spot out!So happy to see someone trying out a new place for a bar & grill in this town. This place is awesome.The atmosphere is well curated with a black and wood theme through the entire place from the comfy chairs, to the silverware, to even the bathrooms!While they are still in their “soft open” phase they have a limited menu but you would never even know it because there is a variety of sandwich choices, appetizers, and pizza!I had the pizza which has a sourdough crust and let me say, I am a believer. It is crunchy with a soft inside. The cheese is clearly high quality and it does not get any better than house made ranch.The beer selection has a ver good range to choose from and such great pricing.Overall, I cannot wait to see how this place evolves and grows as it gets more comfortable; I will definitely be back quite often to support.

Food was amazing and the service was great. The Spot Fire salmon was incredible and the Mayday Fries were delicious. I'm glad our server recommended adding pickles on top of the fries. Was so good. Looking forward to coming back soon.
